As professional grief and loss counselors we take a systematic approach to working with you and at the same time respect your journey through to recovery. We adopt a recovery model of care and use several evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness based interventions when working with our clients.
We have also begun trialling Virtual Reality Therapy to help treat various forms of anxiety.
