We believe that no matter what your experiences have been, you are whole and you can start in this present moment to make a difference to your well-being. The science of neuroplasticity tells us that our brain has the ability to continually change. Studies have also shown that we have the ability to  turn our everyday experiences into lasting inner strengths, which include:  resilience, courage, love and joy even in times of adversity.  

Here we advocate for balance and mental well-being in our lives and  encourage you to seek and learn how to look after yourself. 

Our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) will run early in 2021. The MBSR Program teaches you how to embody the holistic and integrative practice of mindfulness and how you could use mindfulness to help you manage stress in your life. Registrations are now open for this program. This Program will be run online.

Our 30-Day well-being challenge has been inspired by Matt Cutts, a TED presenter and computer scientist, who took up a 30 Day challenges to do all the things he wanted to do!  This will run in November this year.
